What are the delivery times?
Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 business hours.
Delivery times are as follows:
- 1 to 3 business days within Switzerland
- 3 to 5 business days for European Union countriesA tracking number is sent by email as soon as your order is shipped.
How do I make a return?
If you change your mind, you have 14 days after receiving your order to return it. Returns are free and easy: simply contact our customer service to receive a prepaid return label.
What is the warranty period?
All our products are covered by a 2-year warranty, including parts and labor, against any manufacturing defect. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper or accidental use.
Can I track my order?
Yes. A shipping confirmation email with a tracking link is sent as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. You can track your order in real time.

How do I take care of my Alpynn sunglasses?
Each pair comes with a microfiber cloth. To extend the lifespan of your sunglasses, clean the lenses using this cloth and store them in their case after use. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive fabrics.
Do the sunglasses offer UV protection?
Yes. All our lenses offer UV400 protection, meaning they block 100% of UVA and UVB rays. This is essential to protect your eyes from the harmful effects of the sun, especially during prolonged exposure.
Are the lenses scratch-resistant?
Our lenses are treated with a scratch-resistant coating that enhances their durability. However, like any optical equipment, we recommend storing them in their case when not in use.
Are the sunglasses suitable for all face types?
Our models are designed to fit most face shapes thanks to flexible arms and a universal design.
Are the sunglasses delivered with a case or box?
Yes. Each pair of Alpynn sunglasses comes with a protective case and a microfiber cloth, included with your order.
