Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Switzerland
- Standard shipping: free, no minimum purchase required
- Delivery time: 1–3 business days
Europe (EU & United Kingdom)
- Shipping fee: CHF 7
- Free shipping for orders over CHF 100
- Delivery time: 4–6 business days
3. Carriers
We mainly work with Swiss Post and DHL. The carrier is selected automatically based on your location and the weight of your parcel.
📦 Delivery to a pick-up point is available upon prior request via email.
4. Order Tracking
A tracking link will be sent to you via email once your package is shipped. You can track your delivery in real-time.
5. Customs and Import Taxes
For all orders delivered outside Switzerland, any customs duties, import taxes or additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
6. Address and Modifications
Please double-check your details before confirming your order. Any address changes after shipment may result in extra charges and/or longer delivery time.
7. Damaged or Lost Parcel
If your parcel is damaged on arrival or marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 5 business days at contact@alpynn.com. An investigation will be opened and a solution will be provided (reshipment or refund).
