Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll assess the issue and offer a suitable solution.

Exceptions

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for the following:

• Gift cards
• Discounted or promotional items

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the one you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Right of Withdrawal (Europe & UK)

If you are based in Europe (including the EU and UK), you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The item must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping Costs

• In Switzerland: returns are free of charge.
• In Europe: return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or credit card company may take some additional time to process and post the refund.
