Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“T&Cs”) govern the sale of products on alpynn.com (the “Site”), operated by Alpynn Ltd., a company registered in the UK under number 16427225, with registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom (“Alpynn”, “we”).

2. Products

Our products include sunglasses and related accessories. Main features are described on each product page. Images are for reference only and not contractual.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in CHF for Switzerland, EUR for the European Union and other European countries, and GBP for the United Kingdom. VAT is included where applicable. Shipping fees are shown before order confirmation.

4. Payment

Payments are made securely online via credit card, PayPal, or other available methods. Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

5. Billing and account information

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and account details. If any changes occur, it is your responsibility to update your information. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

6. Shipping

Switzerland: 1–3 business days – free delivery, no minimum order
Europe (EU & UK): 4–6 business days – CHF 7, free from CHF 100

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

7. Right of withdrawal (EU & UK)

You have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. Returned products must be unworn, in perfect condition, and in the original packaging with all accessories. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

8. Returns

To request a return, contact us at contact@alpynn.com. Returns must be approved before being shipped back.

9. Warranty

All products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Damage from misuse or normal wear and tear is not covered.

10. Liability

Alpynn is not liable for indirect damages. In any case, our liability is limited to the total value of the order.

11. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (texts, images, logos, trademarks) is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited.

12. Personal data

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law – Disputes

These T&Cs are governed by UK law. In case of dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. If unsuccessful, UK courts shall have jurisdiction, unless otherwise provided by mandatory local laws.
